executive visibility
IAG operates multiple independent insurance brands, each carrying its own legacy systems and data models. The group needed a dashboard consolidating data across all subsidiaries into a single executive view, work that meant integrating disparate sources while maintaining governance across the group. Separately, an urgent requirement landed: a company-wide employee survey platform, with a deadline of four calendar days including a weekend.
Adaca ran the two projects in parallel. The multi-brand dashboard consolidated subsidiary data into one executive view. The survey platform was built, tested and shipped inside the four-day window using a hybrid model: engineers onsite at IAG's Sydney headquarters, with offshore augmentation carrying the build around the clock.
IAG gained real-time visibility across its multi-brand structure for the first time; executives could make decisions with data that had previously been inaccessible. The survey platform was deployed within the four calendar days, weekend included.
