ClearView Life insurance advisor portal serving thousands of advisors with 99.9% uptime

ClearView needed a portal where financial advisors and brokers could quote and purchase life insurance policies on behalf of their customers. The platform had to carry complex life insurance underwriting logic, integrate with existing policy administration systems, and remain intuitive for thousands of advisors with widely varying technical confidence. Because advisors run their daily business through it, enterprise-grade reliability was non-negotiable.

Adaca built the advisor portal end-to-end: underwriting logic, policy administration integrations, and automated and manual testing streams to hold quality through change. The design target was self-service that survives contact with thousands of non-technical users.

The portal runs in live production serving thousands of advisors at 99.9% uptime, handling end-to-end policy quotation and purchase workflows. Production delivery took eighteen months.
