EY R&D claims collaboration portal adopted globally from Sydney to New York

EY needed to automate client collaboration during R&D claim submissions to AusIndustry. The manual process was time-intensive and error-prone, could not scale globally, and every stage of the claims lifecycle required strict audit trails and government compliance, at Big Four quality standards.

Adaca built a portal automating the complete lifecycle from client engagement through government submission, with audit trails and compliance carried through every stage.

The platform ran through multiple iterations in live production and was adopted by EY's larger offices in New York and Hong Kong, then rolled out globally across the firm's international network. Production delivery took eighteen months. A portal built for an Australian government scheme became the firm's global standard for managing R&D claims.
